Gymmet på jobbet
Jag körde, plankan,pushups, situps, benchpress, backstroke and breaststroke in machine/, tricep- och bicepcurl, incline dumbbell press, flyes, leg extension, legcurl, legpress, back extension toe raises! I had 99bpm and burnt 141kcal!
